Let’s keep the conversation open.

A detail to correct, a question about an image, or something you would like us to notice? Write to Irvaniq.

A note is a good place to start.

For editorial questions, image-use enquiries, accessibility feedback or privacy requests, email:

Include the page link and enough detail for us to understand your question. Please leave out passwords, payment details and other sensitive personal information.

Editorial corrections

If you spot a factual error, an unclear caption or a link that no longer works, send the page address and the part that needs attention. A brief explanation or a supporting reference is helpful. We review correction requests in the context of the relevant page.

Images and permissions

If you have a question about an image, identify it by its title and page link. If you are a rights holder, explain your relationship to the work and what needs to be reviewed. Sending a message does not automatically grant permission to reuse any photograph.

Accessibility and privacy

Tell us which page and browser or device you were using if something was difficult to read or operate. For privacy requests, describe the information or correspondence involved. We may need a limited amount of additional information to confirm a request.

Prepare an email.

This tool prepares a draft on your device. It does not send a message or upload your entries. You choose whether to open the draft in your email app and send it. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I send a photograph for consideration?

You can email a portfolio link and a short introduction. Please confirm that you control the relevant rights. An enquiry is not an agreement to publish, and we do not offer direct public uploads.

Can I reuse an image from the journal?

Image rights can differ from the rights in our writing. Contact us with the image title and your intended use. Viewing or sharing a page link does not by itself grant a new image licence.

When should I expect a response?

We review messages as capacity allows and do not promise a fixed response time. For a follow-up, keep the original subject and include the relevant page link.
